The Artwork Of Lou Ann Bardash

In the fall of 2002 -- Lou Ann Bardash painted the walls of the Crazy Lady -- Austin, TX's oldest gentleman's club -- check it out below...

"When Sid called and asked me to do the mural, I was a bit skeptical,
but quickly overcame that to realize what a cool artistic opportunity
she was giving me. I have come out of it feeling like I have taken 10
giant steps forward artistically."

sad newsflash: what with the smoking ban that it this close to being passed in austin, the crazy lady had to remodel and install a kitchen (w/out a kitchen, there would be no smoking... and it is a nightclub) so unfortunately that means the entrance has had to be completely done away with to make room for the kitchen.  only the lady inside the club has survived.  luckily, you can still see them all below in great detail.
